  • 1. Attach Your QR Labels

    Place your TagIt QR labels on your child’s belongings.

    2. If an Item is Lost

    If your lost item is found, the finder can scan the QR code using their phone camera and fill out a quick form indicating where the item was found and any helpful details.

    3. Receive Instant Notification

    Once the form is submitted, you will receive a notification (via SMS) letting you know your child’s item has been found, including the location for collection.

    4. Collect the Item

    Go to the indicated location and retrieve your child’s item promptly.

  • Almost anything – clothing, shoes, drink bottles, lunchboxes, stationery, sports gear, musical instruments, laptops, and more.

  • How to use TagIT Iron-on labels.

    1. Place the label onto your item of clothing.

    2. Heat a standard iron, with temperature controls, to the COTTON setting. Turn the steam OFF. Switch to DRY.

    3. Iron directly over the label for 10 to 12 seconds.

    All of our packs come with instructions enclosed.

  • Yes. Our iron-on labels are machine-wash and tumble-dry safe. Stick-on labels are waterproof and can go through the dishwasher.

  • Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days within New Zealand.

  • Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

  • Currently, we only ship within New Zealand.

  • No app is required. Any smartphone camera can scan the QR code.

  • They scan the QR code, fill in a short form, and you receive an instant notification with pickup details.

  • No. Our system does not collect or store the finder’s contact details. It is effectively an anonymous return system.

  • No. Your phone number remains private. Finders only submit details of the lost item.

  • You can update your details anytime in your account. All existing labels will automatically link to the updated information.
